Draven Klick '23 Recruiting Profile

My aspiration & main goal is to play football at the collegiate level while also securing a football scholarship offer to use towards my college tuition.   

I am a passionate, hard working, dedicated, leader on and off the field.    When thinking of my character, I feel that because I come from a large family I am very I'm independent in nature, I don't follow the crowd and do what I always feel is best or right even if it's not the most popular opinion.  Honestly, to get a real feel for my character I would recommend reaching out to my friends and family to get their opinion.  When it comes to academics, I do strive to be an A or B student and while there are times I may not have the strongest academic scores, I am not afraid to reach out and ask for help or put in the extra work and time when it's needed.

As a student athlete,  I have been playing football since I was 5 years old.  What sets me apart from my peers is that my father played for West Virginia University.  My father was a highly sought after recruit who received many full ride scholarship offers and as a result, he has shared his experience with me.  His high expectations has allowed me to become a better player on & off the field and set me apart from my teammates.
