When I transferred for my sophomore year I left from a school that I would have started at, but I wanted to live with my mom full time and come to a better school. I knew very well that coming in that I would most likely not start because we had so many returning lineman. I did not start but I did play on the scout team every day and as a result it made me a better player to compete against all the older starters. The two offensive tackles ahead of me both earned first team all-state awards. I wasn't so much concerned with starting as I was with coming to a team with a good program, and I found an amazing program that is like a big family, everyone looks out for each other.
I want to play football at the college level, I am looking for a good program that I can succeed athletically as well as academically. I have been fortunate enough to be a part of a program that has taught me so many life lessons. I believe I have the talent, character, and work ethic to make an immediate impact on your program.
