Hi, my name is Bridgeton and I have been playing football since I was four years old. I love the game and all the fun that comes with being a part of a brotherhood. I am very good at what I do on the field, however; my hopes and dreams of going to the next level are diminishing due to my learning disability. You see coaches, I have a gift and a curse. My gift is a God given talent to excel in any sport I play, but my curse is, I was born with ADHD. This curse seems to be keeping me from continuing to enjoy the game I love and hoped to play at the next level. I don't know if you coaches are interested in me now that I have revealed my handicap, and "NO" my grades are not good as far as college is concerned. I don't come from an affluent family background. In fact, both of my parents were incarcerated when I was growing up so that was another strike against me that I had nothing to do with. Too add insult to injury, my sister whom I loved dearly, was murdered in my eyes by a fentanyl overdose. So as you can see coaches anyone looking at my life from the outside in would says, "poor kid those are the breaks," but if there is one coach out there who is reading this bio, I hope at least my gift can be of some use to your program and if so maybe we can win a few championships together.
Truly yours,
Bridgeton DelValle AKA "Britty"
