As a student-athlete, I personally believe that how hard you work on the field shows how hard you work in the class room and vice versa. I have worked since my freshman year just to get noticed and to start since my sophomore year to start. I was always overlooked because my parents aren't from the area and didn't know the coaches. I was in the weight room five days a week while no one else showed up. I earned my position with hard work, dedication, and never giving up by proving to them I can do it and i deserve that position. I was used for every position on the offense line including tight end and slot and on the defensive line every year I have been in high school. As a versatile linemen, I understand every position on the offensive and defensive line inside and out. For the student part, I am in all advanced classes: Honors English 12, Physics, Advanced Biology, and Calculus. I have also took two years of Latin. I believe that hard work and dedication will get you as far as you want to go, and I am a hard worker and I am dedicated to becoming the best football player I can possibly be and the best student I can be.
