Damon Gripp '21 Recruiting Profile

I would love to have the opportunity to play football at a D2 school or higher. I deserve this chance for several reasons. First, I put in the work at practice. Many coaches have commented that I work the hardest at every practice. I don't like going easy on anyone, even my teammates. Second, I push myself to get better. I want to be first in sprints and any drills we do. This not only motivates me, but my teammates want to beat me and we all get better. Finally, all my hard work shows on game day. I broke the school record for career receptions in my senior season, and with only 8 games played this season, I was just 17 yards shy of 1,000 yards receiving. I was proud to have made the first team for both the Pennsylvania Football News Coaches Select All-State team and the Pennsylvania Football Writers All-State team. I have always had great coaches who have pushed me to succeed, and I know I can compete at the collegiate level if given the opportunity.
