My collegiate goals and aspirations include attending a college where I will get the best education possible, obtain a GPA that will put me on the Deans List, and at the end of my college career have my degree in the career route I chose. Academic achievement has been emphasized by my family since I was small. There has never been a doubt in my mind that I wanted to attend college after high school. I understand the value and importance of an education. On top of getting a great education, my goal is to play and excel on the football field. Football has meant everything to me. I would be one of the luckiest people in the world if I not only get my degree from an excellent college or university, but also get to play for the football team.
I feel I am an excellent candidate because I am not only a leader, but also a strong support system for my teammates. I am not selfish on or off the field and when things aren't going our way for my team, I try even harder and I keep my teammates from getting down and get them psyched up for a win. I work hard and play even harder. I also understand there is always room for improvement, so I make sure to give it my all and work harder and harder every day to make myself the best player I can be.
I feel I am different from the other recruits because of my leadership skills and my outgoing personality. I am a confident player and am always reliable. I want not only the best for myself, but also my teammates. I am very passionate about football and strive to be the best player and teammate I can be. I adapt quickly and easily to changes. I am a very intense and competitive player. I go the extra mile to get the job done on and off the field. Academically, I am successful in the classroom. Last year I ended my freshman year with a 95 point grade average. I understand the importance of academics since it has been instilled in me since I was little. The most important outcome for me is to get my degree and succeed on the football field.
