I am currently a junior at Anderson County High School in Clinton, Tennessee. I start on Varsity at MLB and also play DE and Nose when needed. On offense I play H Back, TE, and OG when needed. I wrestle on the State Champion Varsity High School team. My main focus however, is football. I adapt easily to surrounding circumstances as demonstrated by being able to change positions back and forth between H Back and OG this season for the greater needs of the team. I am hardworking and highly dedicated to all my activities. I spend extra time in the weight room, being the first one in and the last one out, doing a speed training program all on my own, and reading more books than required for Junior year. My priorities have always been "Faith, Family, Football" meaning that I put my relationship with God first, then my family, then things like academics and athletics closely follow. I plan to maintain a solid work ethic throughout high school in hopes of receiving a D-1 scholarship where I will continue to strive for excellence.

- Athletes Acceleration Speed Training Guide

- Has speed, plyometrics, and conditioning. Stone performs an extra hour and a half to two hours of speed training five days a week. So far he has decreased his 40 time by 10% plus many other achievements.
- Weightlifting
- 8 years
- Stone's dedication to lifting weights has consistently increased over the years. At this time as a rising 9th grader he is in the top three in each lift performed among his teammates. On top of his workouts with the team, he works out with his father at our personal gym two to three times per week. All of Stone's lifting has been observed and approved by our family physicians. When lifting heavy he utilizes powerlifting gear.
- Nightly Conditioning Regimen
- 2 years
- Five nights per week Stone performs 150 chin ups, 200 push ups, 700 crunches, and 75 tricep extensions. Three nights per week he performs 30 minute isometric conditioning routine utilizing therapuetic bands.
