I am Ayden Turner, I am a class of 2024 Offensive and Defensive Lineman from Hardin Valley Academy in Knoxville Tennessee. I am 6'1" 280lbs. I squat 430lbs and bench press 265lbs. I am a two year varsity starter and have started every game on the offensive line since the beginning of my Sophomore year. I became a defensive line starter in 2022. I was a 2022 2nd Team All Region 2 6A Offensive lineman (as a Junior).
It has been my dream to play college football since I was 7 or 8 years old. I am very coachable and eager to learn and improve. I work extremely hard at improving my craft. I take what is being taught in practice and work at it on my own time. My desire to be the best I can be is what motivates me on and off the football field. I maintain my composure and am a calming force on the field. My coach calls me "Steady Eddie" because I do not get overly emotional. I was chosen to represent our football and wrestling programs in "Game Changers" which is a hand picked sports leadership program at my school. I was elected as a team captain of our wrestling program as a Junior.
I am open to all opportunities that come my way as it pertains to where I attend school to gain my education and advance my athletic career. I will make my decision about which school I attend based on where I feel comfortable and the academic opportunities as well as athletic opportunities that are available. I plan to pursue a career in education and coaching the sport I lover once my playing days are over.
I would love to find a place that provides me the opportunity to compete for a position at a level that pushes me athletically. My desire to "play" is coupled with my desire to compete and improve in order to become the best I can be.
