My name is Weston Rountree and I committed to playing for Wofford College on Feb 4, 2015. I am an aspiring athlete who had a successful season with over hundred plus tackles as a starting Middle Linebacker. As a junior this year, I played for the varsity football team at Wilson Central high school, which is in the highest classification in Tennessee. My desire is to earn a college scholarship at an athletically competitive school. Currently, I am participating in an elite 7 on 7 team called Playmakers where I am honing my skills on defense as a safety. My goal of running a consistent 4.5 40 will be achieved by the help of my speed coach, along with training for both the Sparq and Rival Combines.
I consider myself to be one of the hardest working players on any team I participate on. I am a team player, I am respectful of the coaching staff, I am teachable, and well-disciplined.
