Personal Statement
I want to attend a good college with a great academic program. I want to learn all that I can to become a success for my future. I hope someday to become a profession football player.
I started my football career when I was five years old playing for our local youth team. The Marshall County Youth League. I was coached by Coach Clint Posey. I learned a lot from the youth league. I played many different positions including offensive, defense, & long snapper. I was the first player in the youth league to successfully make a long snap that resulted in a field goal.
I moved from the Youth League to Middle School Football at Lewisburg Middle School. I played my seventh and eighth grade years there. In seventh grade I was defensive player of the year. In eighth grade I was player of the year.
I moved from Middle School to High School at Marshall County High School. I played defensive end and long snapper during my ninth grade year. My number was 72. During my 10th grade year I was moved to offensive and played right tackle and long snapper and tight end. My number during my 10th grade year was 77 & 49.. Now in my eleventh grade year I am currently playing offensive left tackle &long snapper. My Jersey number is 77.
I think I would be a good candidate for their team because I am a team player with a strong work ethic and always give my all.
I want to be a great success in my college and my athletics. I want to be a success football player and hopefully go profession one day. If I am not able to go professional I will have my education to fall back on and become a success in whatever I do. I want to be a Mechanical Engineer.
What makes me different from other recruits in character is I have been raised in the South with great family values. I am a young Christian and I have my faith in God to help me through any situation. My community means a lot to me and someday I hope to give back to them the support that they have and continue to show me.
In my athletics I always give 200 percent because I love the game of football. I am a team player.
In my academics I have overcome a lot. I have a learning disability. With the help of my teachers, parents, coaches and mentors and most of all God I have overcome many obstacles. I give 200 percent to my grades because they are so very important. My grades continue to improve everyday.
I continue to improve each year and I am looking forward to what the future holds for me.
