I was asked to play up on the Varsity football team as a Freshman. During the offseason I worked hard to improve my skills, get stronger and faster and I earned a starting position on Varsity as a Sophomore. My Junior year I started on offense and defense and was elected team captain. I was named Player of the Game twice my Junior year, Memphis/Shelby County Area Player of the Week, First Team All Region, First Team All State and Best of Preps. My goal is to be a dominate player on both sides of the ball and a leader on my team. Staying focused on my grades is another important goal in which I continue to work hard in the classroom. I know that good grades are as important as important as anything that I can accomplish on the field. All of my hard work and dedication is to achieve the opportunity to play collegiate football and also get a college degree/education.
