Personal Statement
My goal is to play football on the collegiate level while I pursue an Engineering degree. I have learned that preparation is the key element in obtaining strong grades and success on the football field. Whether it be studying for a test or analyzing film for an opponent on Friday night, being prepared brings me another level of confidence. I've also learned from my parents and coaches that controlling the controllables (Effort, Attitude and Technique) is the secret to success in all facets of life, and that has proven true for me thus far. Effort, attitude and technique contribute to my role as a leader. I want to be an influence to my teammates, coaches and everyone around me. My goal is to be an impact player on my football program, and I will stop at nothing to accomplish my goals.
