Throughout my high-school career, I have been faced with diversity which has shaped me into the student-athlete I am today. My Freshman year taught me the importance of learning how to work hard to become good at my position while still managing my schoolwork. Sophomore year showed me that I needed to mature fast and becoming serious with both my academics and athletics in order to better myself, and to show my teammates that I will give my all and not let them down. Junior year showed me that leadership and encouragement can turn a teams season around, and that my math solving abilities from being placed in an advanced math, transfer over to football by being able to quickly pick up the defensive coverage I picked up during film and picking it up on the field to find their weaknesses. My goal for my Senior year is to become a better leader during off-season workouts so that it will transfer to the field to take our team to that next step. With these, I would love to take them to the collegiate level in order to advance them to even greater standards.
