As a student-athlete, the most valuable asset to me is a brotherhood, formed by passion and love of the game. This past year, the Montgomery Bell football program has shown me what a team should truly be like. Before I had even stepped on the field, I could tell that this team was something special. Everyone treated me with respect and felt welcome in this community. That whole year I learned more about myself as a player, and as a gentleman. It is this program that made me realize how much I love the game of football.
Going into my senior year, I know that I am running out of time to figure out where I would like to play, and after long thought and consideration, I will be looking for a team that is as well put together as the Big Red team. I want my final year of high school football to be unforgettable, much like this year. I want to help be as influential toward the younger players as the seniors were to me last year. Of course, with that being said, I will leave my heart out on the field for whatever University I seek to attend.
