My biggest influences in my life have been both my parents. My dad played college football at the University of Cincinnati and has pushed me to be the best person I can be on and off the field. My mom played high school basketball and softball and has taught me that academics last longer than sports and that I should give the same amount of effort in sports as well as in the classroom. As much as I want to play football in the next level I also realize that a diploma last way longer than a college or professional career. My high school coach has instilled into our team that if you do not thrive in the classroom than you will not play on Friday nights. I think I am a better student in the classroom than athlete on the field. I am a very down-to-earth person that loves the competition and pressure. In conclusion, please watch my video, look at my grades, and hopefully talk to my coaches to show that I could be an asset to your University and football team.
