Asher Wells '25 Recruiting Profile

Driven. Intense. Passionate. There are certain charactaristics that I feel set me apart as a student athlete. I began my football journey as a fourth grade flag football dreamer, cranking out push-ups every night. Through hard work I added over 30 touchdowns to my middle school career, received the coveted award for athletic excellence, and led my team to the District Championship title in three sports two years in a row. I was put on Varsity as a Freshman. I recently began my Sophomore season and it continues to be my priority to maintain a 4.0 GPA as I work hard to maintain the highest level of excellence in the classroom & in athletics.  I recently achieved District Champion status for the 200M in track w a PR of 23.03 as a Freshman. I was also named Area Champion. During my Freshman baseball season I earned 2nd Team All District, Newcomer of the Year, the Blue & White Award,and was listed among the Top 200 in 2A for stolen bases. I am back at Atlanta High School (3A) and am continuing to work hard. I have placed 1st in the 200 at all track meets so far this season. 
I am interested in a university program that fits my desire for playing football at the next level with a coach and team I can learn from & grow with while achieving success in a medical degree program in the process.
Just like that focused fourth grader I am putting hopes into action as I undertake a new season. I'm excited for what the future holds.
