My name is Darreon O. Burns, I am a freshman at Texas Southern University, Houston Texas and will graduate in the fall of 2024. I am still interested in playing college football...I was checking to see if  you could still a hard working student who has the passion to play football at your university. If so, Please consider me being a part of your team.

This year I started at Wide Receiver, Cornerback, Kickoff Return, Punt Return and Special Teams for the Bellaire High School Football Team. I am 6’0, 160 lbs. run 4.45 in the 40 yard dash, 11.55-100 meter dash, shuttle- 4.10, standing broad jump 10 which was at the University of Houston Football Camp, and my vertical was 33”. I also ran Varsity Track in 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 school year, 100 meter dash, 4x1 relay and 200 meter relay open 200 meter and will be running Varsity Track this year 2018/2019.

I have been thinking very much about college football since graduating from high school and I have enrolled into Texas Southern University and am willing to transfer. I am a Criminal Justice major and like my father who is a Police Lieutenant and has been in law enforcement for 30 years.
