At a very young age, I was introduced to the sport of football. I was fascinated by the vast positions to choose from, each having its own unique characteristics. Even as a multi-sport athlete at the high school level, playing football remains my passion. Throughout my playing career, football has provided me the ability to become more disciplined, increase my determination & work ethic and become a better person overall, due to the bonds created with my teammates.
Having achieved early team success in my younger years, middle school football had a huge impact on what type of person and athlete I am today. After going winless during both seasons, it would have been easy to put my head down, walk away and focus on another sport. Instead, I use that experience to help lead others daily and put in more work than those around me. I believe that due to my disciplined approach towards academics, along with my strong work ethic & determination both on and off the field, I have what it takes to earn a roster spot to compete as a collegiate student-athlete at the highest level possible.
