Personal Statement

Winning Offensive Lineman of the year for 4A Div2 District 5 was the cherry on top for my senior year.  My season was fantastic, and I'm grateful for the amazing football program that my school had to offer me.  I started playing football in Kansas where I was recruited to play at 5 years old, and played both ways.  We moved to Colorado where I played in Junior high, playing both ways again.  When I moved to Texas, specifically a small town that had a past record of 8 state championships and a 68 game winning streak, it was a great challenge.  I learned to work even harder to prove myself as a great football player and team member.  I am so thankful for the lessons I've learned through my coaches about how to be a great football player, a great student, and a good member of society.

I feel that I am capable of playing at the next level.  I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
