Jake Raulerson '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jake Raulerson I am a Sophomore at Celina High School. I am 6'5" and weigh 240 pounds but I am very lean. I have been told that my frame can easily carry another 40+ lbs. I play RT on offense and NG on defense. I also can long snap, I have been snapping since I was 5 years old and have gotten pretty good at it with a 14 yard snap in .78 seconds. I received a fair amount of Varsity playing time as a freshman, I started a few game and recorded 27 tackles on the year. As a Sophomore I started both ways for the majority of the season and earned all-district 1st team honors as a DT. I run a 5.09 40, 4.35 shuttle, I have 29" vertical and an 8'8" broad jump. I have been told that I have many good attributes but I would say my strongest are heart, drive and motor. I am always in the front of lines for drills and push my teammates to be the best that they can be. In a little less than 1/2 season at OT, I recorded 18 down-field blocks that positively impacted the outcome of the play. I put everything I have into this game with dreams to one day play college for a D1 school. I work hard at getting better whether it is in weight room or the classroom and I always try my best. I currently have a 3.79 GPA and I am 28th in my class out of 153 students. My weight room statistics are; Bench: 345, Squat: 455, Power Clean: 275, and Incline: 305. I want to go to a major D1 college and study engineering, information technology or business. Last summer I was selected by NUC, the National Underclassman Combine, as the Nations Top Offensive Line Prospect for the class of 2013.
