Personal Statement
Not only has football changed my life, it has made me who I am. Through the game of football I believe I have developed many strong characteristics that have made me a better person. Characteristics such as hardworking, grit, what it means to be a team, and how to put my all into something not knowing the outcome. Football for me is not just a game, but more of a way of staying on track of being a man of solid character. It is a lifestyle that I enjoy living, and without it I do not know if I would be the same. I am not ready to say goodbye to the game of football, and I plan to work hard to make sure that it does not happen. Playing in college brings all these desires to life and is an opportunity I will not take lightly. Without a doubt, giving me a shot is the right decision.
