When my grandmother first came to this country my mother worked with her on cucumber farms all up and down the country she had an amazing chance at at college was incredibly smart but was never pushed to grab it as early as she could have. My father was very smart as well graduated high school but never went to college because he never pushed himself.
I have grown up mostly poor as far back as i could remember living check to check, but with my family's support when i was young they pushed me without my knowledge and with what they gave me i was able to get into the gifted and talented program here in Texas as well as the international baccalaureate program known world wide.
Being on a team makes me happy it makes me feel as though i belong and being there gives me even more reason to push and fight. These people i will gladly attack and defend with, with blood sweat and tears
I may have started weak but the push from my family and there stories have given me the determination to be a strong man, player, and fighter for any team i'm placed on that team becomes my family and my home so if you do choose to give me an opportunity on you're team i promise push my self on a daily basis to grow stronger for the team i have even if no one will push me i will push myself. through sports, and academics.
