In the 2013-2014 season I rushed for 2,258 yards with 21 touchdowns. I also had 131 solo tackles on the defensive side of the ball. I was named 1st team all – state running back and district defensive MVP. In week 8 I won the Built Ford Tough player of the week award after rushing for 429 yards, five touchdowns and 16 solo tackles. Over my course of being a four year starter on the varsity defense I have accumulated 439 solo tackles. My goal has always been to play college football and get my education. Those are my two top priorities in life. As a player I know the game of football, I have been a role player since the 3rd grade. I can play offense or defense and fill about any skill position on the field. To me football is more than just a game it is a way of life. I live and breathe football and want to continue my football career for at least 4 more years. What makes me different than other Linebacker’s/Running backs I know the game so well and I love being under pressure in close games and clutch situations. I know the positions and I’m like a coach on the field. I have that leadership mentality on and off the field. I don’t lead by words I lead by example.
