Dante Smith '13 Recruiting Profile

If you are looking for a great student-athlete you are looking at the right person. I feel that I am a leader both in the classroom and on the football field. I am a member of the Hamshire-Fannett High School Student Council. I am 18 years old, a High School Senior, 6'1" and I weigh 190 pounds. My forty yard dash time is 4.75. My most important accomplishments were earning 1st team all district QB (2012) and 2nd team all district QB (2011) in District 21 3A. This past football season was my third year as a starting varsity quarterback. I have made an extreme amount of progress from season to season and even though I have progressed I still know I have room for improvement. I am the type of player who is not afraid of any challenge or anyone. No matter what happens I will try my hardest to get my team into the endzone. Even if I am not on the field I still watch every part of the game and I encourage my teammates as they come off the field. My realistic athletic goal is to play at the highest competition level as possible. I also believe that I can make a huge impact on a team because I fight for every yard.
