Emmanuel Omoegbele '11 Recruiting Profile

I'm 6'1, weighing at about 240. My forty time is a 4.68 and my shuttle is a 4.42. My biggest attributes come from the weight room. They often refer to me as an "Ironman", and "Ox", or "Muscle Head". I bench 385, incline 315, squat 550, and power clean 315. My biggest accomplishment so far was getting Academic All-District. I feel as though grades is an important factor into looking forward into going to a school, so I make sure I stay on top. I know that my hard work, perseverance, determination, and committment will be a beneficial factor in the team I decide to pursue. It has been a goal to make it to playing college ball the day I fell in love with football. I want to stay in school in Texas because I feel that it is better i stay close to home. I feel that i'm comfortable with my surroundings here in Texas, the weather, the people, the places, its fantastic.I'm looking for a big division 1 school that provides a great program for flight engineer. I wish to qualify for financial aid/grants because of my parents financial need. My goals as to becoming a college football player is to being close to my coaches and having a chance to play college football. Just the taste of being on the field, next to 10 of your teammates, ready to destroy our opponents, makes me love football.
