My goal is to be the best student athlete I can be. This means the classroom and field are equally important. I've had the opportunity to be part of the Varsity team as a starting kicker both Freshman, Sophomore and Junior years. I've handled kickoff, field goal and extra point duties for a team that went two and three deep in the Texas High School State Playoffs all three years. I've been an All District selection as a Freshman, Sophomore and Junior. As a kicker my goal is to be perfect on every rep. During the 2015 and 2016 seasons I only missed one field goal and was perfect on PATs. My 11 PATs in one game in 2015 is the second highest in the state of Texas record books.
I have a 3.8 GPA and take Advanced Placement Classes and am a member of the National Honor Society. I have taken my ACT (28) and SAT (1290) with top 7% nationally in math.
I want to be part of a collegiate program that emphasizes team and hard work. I realize there are a number of good programs out there at all levels and I would be honored to be part of any of them. I hope to major in either Engineering or Business and ultimately earn a Master's degree. I've gotten where I am this far by working extremely hard and by giving the classroom, my team and my personal training everything I have. I will never let anyone outwork me!
I realize that I will need to continue to do this beyond high school and look forward to being part of a successful college program.
