Personal Statement
I consider myself an excellent student athlete who attends Humble High School. I have many interests and talents as I pathe my road to collage. I continue to explore different avenues each year. I also like to volunteer at Dream Catchers horse stable. This organization has created the moto “living life without labels.” Dream Catchers provides me with the opportunity to assist children and adults with disabilities.
Academically, I’m interesting in engineering with of sub categories of civil and mechanical. Marketing also peaks my interests. I have taken an electrical engineering summer camp at Rice University. After this course I learned that electrical engineering was not my strong suit. During career day at humble middle I met an accountant who had the opportunity to play in the NFL until he had a devastating injury. He opened my eyes by providing knowledge of creating a backup plan in life. He is now very successful accountant and has journeyed all over the world.
I consider myself a solid football player. I have been playing and training over the last several years. in 2018 I was awarded MVP O Linemen in Las Vegas and in the Woodlands and two separate events. I have also had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with several NFL players. In 7th grade I was in the Honors Middle school band playing the bassoon. I mastered the skill of bassoon; however, I soon realized it was not interesting to me. Therefore, I did not audition for 8th grade placement. I have also played a variety of sports included, basketball, baseball and track. Each of these sports set the foundation of my hard working mindset.
I finished my freshman year (2021) achieving the award of being in the 10% of of my class and finishing 2 dual credit classes. While attending summer work outs I will be attending my 3rd dual credit class.
My goal as a sophomore is to start in our Varsity team. I will also hold a part time job with our local youth football league as a referee for the summer flag football season.
