Ryan Hirsch '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ryan Hirsch and I will graduate from Cinco Ranch High School which is located in Katy, TX  this year, 2015 .  We play in one of the most competitive districts in the entire state of Texas and this year we have been moved up to a new 6A Texas state class.  I have played Center and Guard for the last 5 years but they have asked me to start and play 100% of the time at Guard for my senior year.  Although I would prefer to be recruited as a Center for the next level, I am willing to play whatever get me on the field to help my team win. I am currently 6'2"/280 lbs and it is my dream  to become a student athlete for a D1 college and eventually play as a professional football player.  I have an older brother by one year that is currently playing at the University of Houston as a Fullback and football has just been a way of life for me and my family.  My immediate goals are to continue my football career at the next level and win a National championship while attaining a degree in Finance.  I understand it takes a lot to be a student athlete as my father was one and he has shared the stories, however, football is my life right now and this has been my goal since I remember and I started playing at the age of 3.  I continue working to get better in preparation for the next level every day.  I have been evaluated by a few NFL linemen and in their opinion, they describe me as having the ability to play Division I football.  They also have said that I have good feet that I stay up on well during plays, good athleticism, finish plays well, and that I play hard with a "nasty streak".  References can be provided upon request.  I will be one of your hardest workers and I'm determined to win every game,  every play, and every one-on-one battle.  I hate losing and will not be out done on or off the field by my opponent especially if you tell me that I can't do something.
