Personal Statement

Dear Head Coach/ Defensive Coordinator/Director of Athletic Recruiting:

My name is Vrashon Walker. I am an OLB for Killeen High School and I will graduate in Spring 2018. I have a strong desire to compete in college and I am interested universities that are strong academic, athletic, and personal matches for me.

I am currently taking advanced and dual credit classes, I have a 3.6 GPA and I scored 1200 on my SAT. I intend to take the ACT in May 2017 for which I also expect to get impressive results.

I invite you to access my HUDL profile which contains other pertinent personal, academic, and athletic information. My profile can be viewed at the following URL:

http://www.hudl.com/athlete/5155397/vrashon-bam-bam-walker

With all of that said, I want to also let you know that I only played 3 games my junior season due to injury. I have been starting on Varsity since my sophomore year. But I will definitely be ready to get back at it full force by my senior season.

Please take the time to review my profile so that you can see for yourself the potential I have to be that D1 caliber player who will fit nicely into your program.

I am excited to move forward in this process and look forward to speaking with you at greater length. Feel free to contact me using the information below:

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
