Receiving Highlig...Personal Statement
My name is Garrett Yancey and I am an All-State 1st Team Kicker from Texas. I was also 1st Team All-District as a receiver and corner back as well. All of this with only playing football full time as a Senior. I played soccer on a National Level with the Dallas Texans Academy Club, playing in the Gothia Cup (Youth World Cup) in Europe on two occasions...once winning the Cup, the second being eliminated in the semi-finals. My goals are to play college football as a starter at Kicker, Receiver, or both. I would love to play at the D1 level with hopes of kicking in the NFL one day. My academic goal is to graduate with a 3.2 or higher GPA and major in Physical Therapy.
