Personal Statement
My name is Kyle Molter and;I just finished my senior of high school, playing on the varsity level. As I begin my continue what I started as I move on to the next level. Before I began high school, coaches saw me as a talented kid and nothing more. I had to prove myself in the weight room, on the field, and even the classroom. Talent is a good thing, but it has little value when it isn't followed by hard work. I want to be known as the guy who gives everything he has, on and off the field. Last year that worked for me. I was the player who listened to the coaches,;ran the extra mile and gave everything he;had. It paid off and I played on varsity as a freshman. Now its about not only keeping my spot, but improving and becoming the player I have set my goals to become. I believe in never giving up. When loss seems a certainty, its time to put our shoulders down and work harder. Giving up is not an option for me, no matter the numbers on the scoreboard.Success is never a certainty and loss is lurking around every corner like;a pop quiz waiting to trip me;up. In order to beat it I know I must;prepare for it every day. I must out-smart it, out-muscle it , out run it, and challenge myself every single day so that I can pass the test and accomplish my goals on the field and off.
