Hard work, determination and leadership both on and off the field are what drive me to strive to be better. I have been a varsity starter the past 2 years. I am a very versatile player and excel in both the offensive guard and defensive tackle positions. I played select football from the age of 6 until i surpassed the age limit at 14. I was fortunate to have outstanding coaches who led us to winning multiple state and national titles. I have attended the high intensity Performance Course that is well known and sought after in the North Texas region for the past 5 summers. This past summer, I was awarded the Star of the Year award for leadership and skill out of over 100 participants in the program at our location. I take pride in everything that I do on the field as well as in the classroom. I am a very determined student and athlete who possesses great work ethic. When a coach or teacher gives me a goal, I strive not just to meet that goal, but to surpass it.
I want to pursue a degree that will allow me to continue to be an active roll in the sport that I love. My primary focus is to be an athletic trainer for football programs or coach high school and college football.
