Hello- My name is Tanor Mines. I am currently a Senior at Paul H. Pewitt high school in Omaha,TX.. I have been the middle linebacker for the varsity team for the past 3 years. For the last 2 years I have also been the starting TE and earned all state tight end last year with that position . Sports have always played a key role in my life growing Up. I am focused, hardworking and determined to succeed on and off the field. My pride in my schoolwork allows me to stay eligible on the field and set a positive example for my fellow team mates. I take great pride in being part of a team. I am extremely competitive on and off the field. I firmly expect to win at everything I do. Winning is not just a attitude but a way of life. With football being my main focus as a sport I also enjoy playing baseball and running track. When I’m not at school or sports I enjoy fishing, hunting and spending time with my family. My family and I are very close. My parents are very positive people who have always supported me in any and all sports that I have played in. When it comes to college I plan to major in the medical field. I am still not sure as to which profession I want to focus on just yet. In conclusion I would like to let all coaches interested in me that I am very coachable and open to listen to any and all advice.
