My family calls me "Seven". I am the seventh grandchild born to the seventh child. I was born on January 7th at 7:07pm and I have 7 letters in my name. In the Bible seven represents completion or perfection, something I can only strive to be. This is why I have selected and wear the number 7. I am 5'11" and weigh 175lbs and I run a 4.50 to a 4.59 in the 40. I have been a starter at cornerback on the Hendrickson High School Varsity football team since I was a sophomore in 2009. I have played football since I was 6 years old at Delwood, Northern Zone Athletics (NZA)and Parkcrest Middle School. I aspire to play college football like my father who played quarterback and safety at the University of North Texas and had the opportunity to play safety for the Houston Oilers. I do not believe that I am super smart but I am smart, study hard and try to perfect everything I do and I do not give up. I have always taken all advance courses to prepare myself for college and challenge myself. In my spare time I study Chinese, make videos on my mothers Apple computer and download music. I love football and basketball. My favorite football players, the conernerbacks I try to play like are, former LSU's Patrick Peterson and NFL Eagles, Asante Samuels. In the summers, I spend my time training with my cousin, Howard Ware, Track coach for Huston Tillotson's University; Lift weights and help my grandfather at the family barbeque restaurant in the East Austin neighborhood where my parents grew up. I am interested in studying biomechanical engineering, forensic science or myology. After my family was introduced to ALS-Lou Gehrig's disease through a scare with my father I gained an interest in seeking a understanding and a cure for the disease. Currently, I am taking advance physics, anatomy, Latin III and pre AP Calculus all classes that will prepare me for these fields. I want to attend and play football for a college that allows me to study in the fields that I am interested and provides me with the best education. For the opportunity to play college football I will continue to respect my coaches, work hard on the field, off the field, in the classroom and keep my personal life Christ-like.
