I am leaning more towards majoring in business and sports marketing, but my main goal in to make it to the NFL.
I think i am a good candidate for the team because not only do I have the skill for it but i have a great personality so I would fit in just fine.
I am different from other recruits in character because i hold my self high and I'm dedicated, my weekends are spent in the gym getting better, unlike most i avoid parties or situation that could get me into trouble. i stay away from drugs and alchahol. i respect my peers and elders. and last but not least I am a leader, not a follower, and I push the people around me to strive for greatness.
I am different in athletics because I wasn't always good at sports, I used to be fat, I know what its like to be pick last, or to struggle for playing time, just this past football season I didn't start the first half of the season on Varsity, I was 2nd string and had to struggle for every second I got on the field. and once you play like that you are forever paranoid of someone taking your spot, so I give it 100% every chance I get both on and off the field.
I am different in academics because my dad was and academic superstar from a magnet school in Africa so there is no room for error, plus I enjoy learning, it makes me feel powerful. also because if, god forbid, an injury ending accident occurs, I need something reliable to fall back on to provide more than enough for my family.
