Andrew Casagrande '25 Recruiting Profile

Dear Coach,

My name is Andrew Casagrande in the Class of 2025 at J.J. Pearce High School in Richardson, TX (North Dallas area). I am the starting Running Back and have played on the Varsity Football Team of the Division 1, 7-6A Pearce Mustangs for 3 years (Sophomore through current Senior Year). I have earned Academic All District my Sophomore and Junior years. I have earned 1st Team All City Running Back my Sophomore Year and 1st Team All District Running Back my Junior year. In the spring, I ran for the Varsity Track Team in sprints and relays for 3 years (Sophomore through current Senior Year). My best event is the open 100m Dash, and my personal record is 10.86 seconds in the Area Track Meet. I placed 7th in the Dallas Fort Worth Area. I have earned Varsity MVP in Sprints, Academic All District, 1st Team All City, 2nd Team All District, and Area Qualifier for my Sophomore and Junior years. I am the current school record holder in flying 10yd sprint at 0.89 seconds, 40yd sprint at 4.46 seconds and vertical at 40.1 inches.

My current GPA is 4.3 and I have taking mostly AP and Advanced classes in Math, Physics and English. I am currently enrolled in Dual Credit College Courses for the Summer of 2024 for History and Economics. I plan to study and get my degree in Engineering. I have a strong propensity towards math with emphasis on engineering, construction, business and finance. I am a member of the National Honor Society, DECA and Young Life.
