Jason Short '15 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate aspiration or goals would be helping the team win and work to be a better athlete. I believe I am a good candidate because I have always been one of the hardest working players on the team. I am very competitive and I know what it means to be part of a team and be all in. I am very coachable. My character is different from other recruits because I was taught from a very young age how to be a man of class and character. I have great character because it was a huge thing my high school coaches preached. I do what is right all the time, and always work hard. I am very athletic, my older brother was big in sports so playing against him my whole life challenged me. I started playing organized tackle football at age 6, so I have a very good sense of the game and play on the ball. I have always worked hard in academics, keeping As and Bs throughout school. I love football, it is my passion, and my aspiration has always been to play at the next level.
