As a young man (16 years old), for the past 5 years I have been forced to make it through many adversities that have made me stronger and committed to making the best of what I have. I had faced many adversities due to my father's health (Blindness and ESKD), I had to grow up and mature faster than my peers and be able to see life much more differently than other kids my age.
During these challenging times, I have taken over roles that have allowed me to acquire skills that have helped me to learn to be able to balance family, home, school, and life. What I am bringing to the team is passion for this sport, ethics, commitment, leadership skills, self-motivation, integrity, responsibility, and my sense of empowering and motivating others to achieve their own potential. I am willing to work 110 percent in every aspect and strive for improvement and learning during challenging times. I was taught by my dad who coached me through my pee-wee and youth flag and tackle football, that if you have a dream, you have to give it all no matter what, that giving up is not an option, pushing through hard times no matter how hard it gets, learning to be self-less instead of being selfish and most important that the game is not over until the very last second...
