Personal Statement
After years of playing soccer, I started playing football at 11 years old and I fell in love with the sport. In high school, I started on the freshman team as a linebacker/running back. I learned the importance of pushing myself to the extreme through high school coaching and intense training sessions led by D1 Sports. My family moved from Spanish Fort, Alabama to The Woodlands, TX during my freshman year after football season. My sophomore year, I started on the JV team at my new high school playing defensive back. I dedicated extra time outside school training to learning this new position and went to football camps to learn even more. I listen to my coaches' instruction and take them to heart. I consider myself a person who brings intensity and accountability to the football field. I enjoy working out and helping my teammates become better in the gym as well as on the football field. Football is my passion and I love the sport and the grind that comes with it. I believe through my work ethic and positive attitude I will be an asset to any team. I lead by example and trusting of others as well as myself.
