Ty Kirkpatrick '12 Recruiting Profile

I pride my myself on trying to be the best player possible, no matter the position I am playing. I made 1st team All-District as a DE my junior year. I am willing to play any position that will benefit my team the best. I am relentless, hardworking, and I never give up. I want to make every play I can. I am 6'1" and 195 pounds and may not be the biggest player, but I give more than my size alludes to. Not only am I fast off the line, I run a 4.75, I am also an intelligent player. I love the game of football and it is my hope to play ball for a Texas team. I am open to any opportunity that is presented to me. I believe that I can achieve anything I put my mind to. College will be a financial burden for my family as my dad has just recently returned to work after losing his job back in March. I look forward to the advantages that the college experience can provide for me.
