Adversity. Adversity isn't just the next game, the next test or the next change. Adversity is often also called life. Life is full of choices, changes and obstacles but its up to us to make the right choices, welcome and adapt to those changes and overcome any obstacle that can come our way. My adversity started freshman year when they took what was thought to be the smallest, new-comer lineman. My coaches didn't care about my size and neither did I. First day of pads in August practice, the best time of year for a football player, they threw me into the “Oklahoma drill" against there biggest line man who has now gone on to have a scholarship to a school in Colorado. The whistle blew, and we plowed into each other. Before I knew it he was on his back and I was on top of him. I'm not going to be the biggest man on the team or the fastest but I know I can fight through any adversity any team, player or school can throw my way. I work hard to be the best player on the field but more importantly, the best student I can be. My future is under my control and I plan on using my time in the right collage to put myself in the best positions I can to achieve my goals on and off the field. Thank you for visiting my page and reading what I had to say about myself.
