Matthew Putnam '08 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for viewing my profile. I play wide receiver, kick return and punt return for SNOW Jr. College. I will graduate from SNOW December 2010 and will be ready to transfer in time for Spring Practice. I am interested in studies toward human performance and Sports Medicine. My most recent stats are 6'2 195 lbs. 4.41 40 yard dash, 34" vertical jump, 4.25 shuttle and I benched 225 9 times. I am looking forward to a great year at SNOW as I will be the starting wide receiver as well as handling the kick off returns. I will also play on all special teams. I have played in the National Jr. College championship game against Butler in 2008 and blocked a punt and field goal attempt in the championship game. I received All State honors in High school along with the highest yards after catch during the 2007 season for 5A. For volunteer work, I help deliver cakes and gifts to the Senior Centers in my home town and spend time visiting with many of the seniors at the center. I also work with little league kids in the summer helping them to develop their skills at several combines and camps. Thank you.
