Personal Statement

I love to explore new things and I love to accomplish the goals that I have set for myself. My main goal is to play at a division one school and then go on to play in the pros. I love everything about football, every snap of the ball, every kickoff, and the unbeatable moment that you get when you put on that uniform. I think that i would be great for a lot of teams, i am very flexible at any positions that my coach decides to put me in, I am strong willed but coachable, I have a lot of things that I need to learn, and i would like to learn them all. I have always been told in my life that i can be anything that I want to be if i put my mind to that, i believe that very strongly and i know that i can accomplish anything that i put my mind and no one is going to stop me from completing my goal. I am very strong about choosing the right paths in my life, i do not believe in any drugs, sex, tobacco, alcohol, or anything that will negatively effect my body and my mind. I have a deep passion for God, and for succeeding through him, and because of him I am typing right now. The way that i play ball is the same way that i love god, with tons of passion and love for the game. I have been taught that the game of football is just a moment in time in this life, so i am trying to cherish every moment of it. But my flaws are that i am lazy, i am overcoming that challenge but the laziness have left an impact on my grades. Thanks for giving me the chance of a life time to go to a college and get educated, and thanks for loving football as much as i do.

Events

  • Camp/Event
  • Dustin Smith's Quarterback Elite Camps
  • 1/18/16 to 1/18/16
  • i loved this camp, i also went to multiple others. Some of them last for two days but most are one day. i went as a wide receiver and got coaching from coaches from all different high schools in Utah. They coach wide receivers and taught us what they knew and how to apply it.

  • Great Camp went with my high school football team, we had practice the first day and a walk through that evening. Followed by two practices the next day one in the morning and one in the evening, that same day I was moved from Wide Receiver to Tight End and Defensive End. On the last day we had a practice in the morning and then a scrimmage against the Junior team, we won that game and then we headed home. What i learned was that the team comes fist and that as a team i need to be able to sacrifice my wishes for the god of the team, follow every direction that the coaches give and ask questions to learn more about what i need to do to become better in my aspect if the game and how i can better help the team to achieve our goal. I also leaned that i need to be more humble, and i need to learn fast or be left in the dust. The camp taught me a lot.
