Chandler Lowrey '15 Recruiting Profile

Ever since I was 6 years old I have dreamed, aspired, worked, and fought to achieve my goal of playing next level football.  From my years playing peewee, to high school, and now on to college, nothing will keep me from fulfilling my goals.  I have taken it upon myself to do all that I can to make my dreams a reality.  This includes practicing in the off season, bribing my little brothers to shag balls for me, shoveling snow off of the field in the winter so that I could have some field to play on.  Now that I am knocking on the door of the next evolution, I can't stop . . . won't stop.  The next four years will be some of my hardest working as I strive to become a valued member of a collegiate team.  I want to be the best receiver and punter that the NCAA has ever seen.  My hard work will set me apart from the crowd.  I have been raised by a mother who has instilled great values in me and a father, who's service in the military, formed a foundation on which to build a strong life upon.  My hard work on the field however, begins in the classroom.  It is the strong mind who succeeds in the classroom that is the ultimate victor.  With aspirations of studying Psychology, I know that my schoolwork will be more challenging than any third and long situation on the field.  This, too, is something that I have prepared for.  My parents taught me, by example, the importance of a college education.  They never gave up and utilized their collegiate knowledge to provide me with life changing opportunities.  Now . . . it's my turn.
