Personal Statement
I am a 6'3" defensive back/wide receiver from Midvale, Utah. I've played on the varsity team for 4 years and started 2 years. I was Honorable Mention All-Region in 5A my junior year (2009) as well as Academic All-Region both my Junior and Senior year. I am very coachable and am willing to improve and become better through constructive criticism. I have a 3.95 Cumulative GPA and an ACT score of 25. I am a fast learner and have excelled in the classroom as well as on the field. In a college or university, I am looking for an institution that has good programs and will make my college career a positive and growing experience. I am interested in schools located in the Mid-West and Western Regions. I am open to all types and sizes of schools as well as all divisions. However, I am the kind of person that does not like to stand on the sideline and because of this I want to be fully involved on the field. Throughout my high school career academics have always been very important and this will continue to be one of my top priorities when selecting a school. I am a determined and a self motivated student and athlete. I will be an asset to you both academically and athletically!
