Cade Bowring '20 Recruiting Profile

I have always played and loved the game of football.  I grew up playing catch with my brother and dad.  My dad has been a Head Coach my whole life so its been a way of life for me and my family.  I have a goal to play college football.  I am a hard worker that understands the game and i am willing to do what it takes to play at the next level.  I  have watched hours of film and continue to self-assess and improve each day.  I enjoy the training and the process it takes to play this game.  My academics are important to me and I continue to focus on them.  I love competing and being a leader.  I also love being a great teammate.

Other activities I participate in are wrestling and track.  My sophomore year I was able to win state in the 138 lb weight division.  My record was 45-9 and I only gave up 2 points in the region and state tournaments combined.  My junior year I was the state champion at 145 lbs and had an overall record of 45-5. I also served as a captain on our team.  It has taught me to work hard and to stay in great shape.  In track I competed in the 100, 200, 400, and the 4x100 relay.  I also throw the javelin.
