Football is a sport that elicits so many facets of emotion and involves every sense--the excitement of game time, the sound of crushing pads, the feelings of brotherhood, the list goes on. I love football! It is a part of me and has been since I began playing at age 8. The lessons learned on the field through influential coaches have helped mold me to who I am today. I have been taught that there's more to life than what happens on the football field--wins and losses don't define me--but I've been lucky to learn that what's most important is to be a good person, work hard and I believe I've achieved that. Luckily, as a two-sport athlete (basketball and football), I'm able to have all of these lessons x 2. I am an excellent student (3.6 GPA), a grateful son, and a supportive teammate. These qualities make me a good recruit!
I am interested in a football program at a school that will challenge me academically and support my desire to become a physical therapist. With an excellent academic track-record, and the real-life knowledge of how physical therapists support athletes, and a love of all things athletic, I'm primed for success.
