I’ve been involved with sports since i started playing baseball at 3 years old. I love sports. I love the companionship with my teammates and coaches and I love working to get better and accomplish goals on and off the field. In 1st grade I played tackle football for the first time and just by looking at my skinny 45lb frame with glasses Im sure I didn’t look like much of a typical football player. But I wasn’t afraid to make a tackle or a block or do whatever the coach asked me to for my team. Even the bigger better players knew going up against me wasn’t going to be easy. Sure they had size and strength but they couldn’t outmatch my heart and determination to succeed on the football field. My teammates loved me for my tenacity and as one of the smallest on the team I earned a starting outside linebacker position and coaches trusted and believed in me 100%. Since that 1st year I’ve continued to always have to prove my ability as a football player since I lack the typical size and stature of the prototypical football player but what I may lack in physical size I make up for In knowledge of the game. I’m a student of the game and have learned from many great players and coaches throughout the years such as Ron Jenkins former Dallas Cowboys WR turned QB/WR coach with top gun quarterback. I work hard to learn my craft as a QB and feel I’ve had some great mentors along the way. I look forward to playing college football as a QB and earring my education in some sort of the medical field. Playing college football is definitely a springboard of opportunities for my future and I look forward to accomplishing this sorewhwre that I’m needed.
