My name is Jeff Gaston and I am the varsity starting Kicker/ Punter for Jordan High School in Sandy, Utah. I am 6'1 and 180 pounds. My career longest field goal in competition is 60 yards. My longest kick-off in competition is 78 yards. My longest punt in a game is 58 yards from the line of scrimmage. I have a perfect field goal record from inside the 40. I strive to be the best and have set some high goals for my senior year. I want to obtain the titles of 1st team All State Kicker and 1st Team All State Punter. I take my sport very seriously and I train hard. I strongly believe in team unity therfore I work out in the weight room every day with the lineman that protect me. I kick every day and am training hard during the off season. I have been attending various kicking camps around the nation. I have been working closely with Chris Sailer and have attended his National Events where I was a finalist in the Field Goal competition. Chris Sailer wrote the following quote about me on his website.
"Jeff is a very good kicker that shows outstanding potential, an athlete with a strong leg. A hard worker that will only continue to improve. Also shows punting potential. I expect big things from Jeff as we approach this summer and next season! Very nice prospect!" - Chris Sailer January 2011

My mentor for the past year has been a starting D1 kicker at the University of Utah and I continue to improve under his training. I have been on the Honor Roll 4 times in the past 2 years and hope to be named an Academic All State player my Senior year. I want to attend a school that would provide me with the right balance between sports and academics. I want to be in a program where I can make a positive contribution.
