Trey Rucker '19 Recruiting Profile

I am Trey Rucker, Class of 2019. I attend Flint Hill School a private, co-educational, college preparatory school, in Oakton, Virginia (Suburbs of Washington, DC). I love Flint Hill because Flint Hill prepares its students for great colleges and universities. I am blessed to stand 6’2” 200lbs. I am also proud to say I have made All-State for Third Year in a ROW (Sophomore, Junior and Senior Seasons).! My team just completed a success season where our team went undefeated again (22-0) and won its 2nd Consecutive VISAA D1 STATE CHAMPIONSHIP ! My strength as a player comes that I live in a home with two former Division 1 athletes, my mom Melissa and my stepfather Steven (who is also my high school coach) so, academics and the education of the sports I participate in, are really emphasize in my home. I feel this makes me a great candidate for playing at the next level in addition to my stubbornness to not be OUT WORKED and what my dad Reggie Ruckers emphasize to me to "Always Set The Example, Not Be One"!

What I will hope to get out of my college experience is a degree for starts, then growth and development. I am also looking for a college/university to be guidance in furthering the goals I have set for myself in this life!
